PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

- Netherlands & European Union: 9–17 business days
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and other international destinations: 9–17 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays and peak seasons. For Halloween and other occasions, please order early.

TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
